Incoming pipe, plate, and billet stock is checked against the material grade and standard specified for that product line — ASTM A403, A182, A105, or A234 — before it enters production.
Hot Forming & Shaping
02Seamless pipe and billet stock is heated and press-formed over dies to shape elbows, tees, reducers, and caps to the profile and wall thickness called for by the relevant ASME dimensional standard.
Cutting, Beveling & Threading
Ends are cut and beveled for weld-ready buttweld fittings, or threaded to the required pitch for our nipple, socket, and threaded flange lines — matching each product's own dimensional spec.
Final Quality Assurance
04Finished fittings are checked for dimensional and visual conformance against their stated standard before being cleared, packed, and prepared for dispatch.
